In 2001, the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors recognized Christy for her outstanding achievement in listings and sales. In 2002 her sales volume placed her among the top five percent of Realtors in Santa Clara County. Also in 2002, Christy earned her broker’s license, which is held by less than 10% of the agents in her office. In 2003 she earned the GRI designation, which requires nearly 100 hours of coursework and is considered on of the most comprehensive educational programs for Realtors.
